With the verdict from may 12.1998, determined from the regional tribunal Hamburg, that everyone is jointly responsible for all external links, they used for references on there own internet representations. To protect yourself against this verdict, you must explicit do an distanciate from this external contents.
Reason for this request:
The legislation mind is, that such exclusions of liabilities will be not binding in law, if the content of such links is, or had become illegal throw law changing for example. By this I stand with min. one foot in jail. To prevent this, all internet users are dependent to warn each other, that something have changed bad.
